Dawn Patrick
Originally from Long Island, NY, Dawn has been a Lancaster County resident for almost 30 years. Since 2011, she and her husband Andy have invested throughout Lancaster County by purchasing, rehabilitating and selling many homes.
That exposure to real estate and the positive influence she received from her agent, lead her to obtain her own Real Estate License. Since then, Dawn obtained her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation giving her the education to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. Dawn’s clients are assured that when working with a professional who understands the 50 plus demographic, that they are receiving tailored care to their specific needs.
