Shengqun, who also goes by Susie, was born and grew up in China Hunan province. She relocated to the United States in 2015.

When Susie and her family considered relocating, they fell in love with Central Pennsylvania. The Li Family chose Lancaster, Pennsylvania because of its’ beautiful rural views. Our area’s calming and peaceful scenery makes Susie feel like she’s home.

As their family worked through the home-buying process for the first time, they were met with many challenges. Because of the difficulties they had to overcome, Susie decided she wanted to help others when they went through the same process.

Susie speaks Mandarin and English fluently and hopes to use her skills to break language barriers when needed. She is also passionate about creating a positive experience to help streamline the entire transaction for her clients.

Susie loves to learn whenever possible especially when it comes to Chinese medicine. In her free time, Susie enjoys hiking, singing, and reading.
